General Gu looked at the man silently from behind. Seeing that he was staring at the gate of his house, he called the housekeeper and told him to open the door a little.

The little genius immediately looked at the door with bright eyes. It had been a long time since he’d seen normal people so he intuitively thought that there would be passing tourists outside but he was wrong. When the door opened, the people walking around outside were also dressed the same way.

“……” He stiffly turned his head around to look at General Gu, his face full of disbelief, “Lei Yan…built an ancient city just for me?!”

“……” General Gu was starting to wonder about Lei Yan.

The little genius sniffed, “what in the world does he want…” He sat down silently and looked up at the blue sky.

General Gu hesitated for a moment before walking over and sitting down beside him. Both of them remained silent.

After a long time, the little genius sighed and pointed to the sky, “there isn’t a plane in sight so the air route doesn’t go here? If this goes on, I’ll probably forget what modern life is like. Does Lei Yan want me to regress and naturally become a savage? He’s really a pervert!”

The little genius patted General Gu on the shoulder. “Forget it, you can continue to have that emotionless face. I’ll go back to bed.”

General Gu silently watched him leave before calling a servant and giving two orders. One was to find a man named Lei Yan, the other was to find a bird called plane. After giving these two orders, he returned to his room…and went to study.

Back to the present, in the room that contained the criminals that deceived the Emperor, the eunuch watched as General Gu paced back and forth.

“I’ll be going to the battlefield tomorrow.”

The eunuch cried, “this servant will be going back to the palace with the prince tomorrow.”

The next day, the Emperor who was personally sending General Gu off looked around, “where’s Hao Hao?”

General Gu replied, “Your Majesty, the prince went back to the palace saying that he didn’t want to see me off…”

The Emperor laughed and didn’t reply. He must’ve been afraid of parting like that with the general, right? He nodded his head in understanding and once again, didn’t doubt anything.

With that, General Gu set off on his journey. After getting out of the capital, a carriage was already waiting beside the road and inside contained a little genius who had been drugged asleep. At the same time, the emperor returned to the palace and ordered someone to pour water on the unconscious eunuch and ask him where the prince had gone.

The eunuch burst into tears immediately and said that the prince really wanted to go with the general so he snuck into a carriage. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t stop the prince from going.

The emperor was furious but he knew the prince’s temper so he could only send a letter to the general, asking him to protect the prince properly.

And thus, the two sinners who deceived the king once again had another crime added to the list and kept their lives.

The little genius was awakened by a jolt and in his confusion, he lifted up the curtain to look out and was instantly stupefied, “my…my god…isn’t this too grand…”

“Are you awake?” General Gu steered his horse to the carriage and asked.

The little genius blankly nodded, his eyes still fixed on the soldiers, “are you going to war?”

General Gu nodded, “yes.”

“My god, this is too lifelike…” The little genius started to get excited, “this is much more fun than playing games.”

“…” General Gu fell silent once again.

“Hey, do you also have opponents?” The little genius excitedly continued, “are they strong?”

General Gu replied, “the nomads have always been tough and ferocious.”

“Tsk, what’s the use of ferocity,” he murmured, “will they be able to fight back if you just send someone to burn their grassland? They won’t even have their basic needs anymore.”

General Gu suddenly turned to look at him with a surprised face.

The little genius immediately touched his nose, “what are you looking at me for? Just find a day with windy weather and set fire to the grass. After that, we can sit back and let the wind do its job. Even if that’s not possible, there are also many other ways. Have you played games? I mean the kind with strategies… Eh? Stop! Quickly stop!” He saw something not far away and shouted at once.

General Gu didn’t know why he wanted to do that but he still made the others stop. The little genius then immediately ran over to look at a small pavilion which he remembered was quite famous. He had toured around here before but the surrounding environment was not like this at all!

He stiffly looked back at the group behind him and the general on horseback, and suddenly thought of a possibility, a possibility that could explain all the abnormalities he’d encountered recently… He slowly mustered the courage to pull on his costume— the fake hair. He felt pain and immediately sniffed before asking weakly, “did you say I’m the prince?”

General Gu stiffened, “you’ve finally remembered?”

The little genius weakly continued, “that…can you be more detailed?”

General Gu pondered for a moment before he got off his horse and returned to the carriage with him. He ordered the rest to continue before telling the prince everything.

The little genius was dumbfounded, “what the hell, so transmigration actually exists in this world…which means the real owner of this body may have actually gone to mine over there. Huh…wasn’t I still in the asylum…so if he said he was a prince…”

General Gu’s expression darkened in an instant.

General Gu grabbed his own head in suffering.
