I call it right now: I bet Peng Xuan is the mole. The “wait and see” and the suspiciously timely sweeping of the “burned paper” (possibly her receipt?) make me suspect her.
Also, she’s really gone and said “young people” there, which on it’s own wouldn’t be weird as she seems to be the oldest but on this case it screams old ghost to me!
